Injury Prevention and Stretching
with Athlete's Readiness Center
Coach Dick Hartzell understands how important flexibility is to athletes. He's made stretching and flexibility the core of a training career that has spanned five decades. At 76 years old, he's able to perform full splits, runs 1-5 miles several times per week and finds time to stretch every day. He invented the elastic bands that he uses in these videos.
